The outside has a large terrace to the rear of the property with patio furniture and barbeque and enjoys seclusion
A walkway down to the communal pool with childrens section, showers and shaded area.
The gardens at the front and rear are beautifully landscaped and lit,
there is a garden at the front to catch the late afternoon sun.
Security gates are in place
The apartment contains a central air conditioning/heating system
There are shutters on the Windows for ventilation
